Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

COVID-19
If you have a cough, sore throat, aches, pains, fever, sneezing, lose of taste, not feeling well, or have been exposed to somebody with COVID-19 please reschedule. We are taking extreme measures to make sure the well being of clients and staff stay safe and healthy. If the door is locked, please wait in the hall or in your car.

48 Hour Advance Notice Of Cancellation Is Required
If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. Gift certificates will also be applied for missed appointments.


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to stay on time for the next appointment. Regardless of the length of service time you will be responsible for “full” payment of initial service. Out of respect and consideration for our clients please plan accordingly, and be on time.

New To Us  Please arrive 10 minutes early, so that you can complete the consultation forms prior to your service without using up your service time.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
 
No refunds. No cash value for gift certificates, donations, or reward programs. Prices, services, and reward programs are subject to change without notice.
